Getting Rid of Acne. Acne is a common problem faced by many teenagers. It can be very embarrassing for many young people who are in a very difficult period in his life. Here are 5 tips for getting rid of acne to help.

Nowadays, almost everybody has seen the late night and morning acne infomercials with Jessica Simpson and Sean "Diddy" Combs. I guess they figure, if a celebrity says something, so if. Promises for your product surreal, yet for many people it may be the cure you are looking for. Even so, it cannot be for everyone.

One of my daughters who had acquired a bad case of acne in recent years, tried the infomercial solution, and does not work at all. As a young teenager, she was beset by acne and needed a quick solution. But to find a quick solution, we ended up in a dermatologist for acne information and answers. The doctor prescribed a cream and an oral medication. After following his instructions for a couple of weeks, the acne had virtually disappeared. It was the right solution for them, but may not be for you - because we are all different.

Here are some general tips for getting rid of acne that I've discovered in recent years:

1. If you have oily skin - it's best to take a medical product against acne gel.

2. If you have dry skin - is likely to be better with a cream acne medical product with benzoyl peroxide or salycic acid.

3. If you have oily and dry skins (combined type) have - you probably need to apply a combination of gels and creams for oily skin acne dry skin in different parts of fact according to the skin condition there.

4. If you have sensitive skin - you will more than likely need less intense concentrations of either treatment fat dry type or combination.

5. If you have skin pain because of acne - you should get personal attention from a dermatologist.

So many people struggle with skin diseases on a regular basis. With the progress of science, you'd think that the acne problem would have been solved long ago and that acne would be a distant memory. Unfortunately, the old confidence destroyer is still around and going strong.

Today, reaching middle age, I find myself in a new situation when unsightly stains. Now I find that my skin a little oily and acne prone after hydrating the face. One of the few things to look forward to as I get older is the absence of acne.
