Home Acne Treatments Tips. During treatment and prescription acne often contain chemicals that some people want to use. Instead, these people are looking for home treatments for acne. There are many acne treatments that really work. Here are some things you can try.

1. Apply essential oils like tea tree, bergamot, clove oil, lavender oil and rose oil timber. For sensitive skin, dilute the oil with grapeseed oil. Apply the oil before going to bed at night, wash off in the morning with a pure soap such as Ivory, and clean water.

2. If you are not taking drugs that cause could be very sensitive to the sun, always try a couple of hours of sun a day. The goal is not to hide the acne. Instead, the sun actually kills bacteria and dried tallow oil that produces acne. It is a common home treatment for acne that does not cost anything.

3. Acne begins at within the body, and not on the surface of the skin. Drink plenty of water - at least eight glasses a day - to help detoxify the body and cure acne. Also, eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

4. For the home acne treatment, applying mask oatmeal at least once or twice a week. Cook oatmeal, and while still hot (not boiling) apply to the entire face. Allow the oatmeal to dry, and then remove. You can also wet and dry oats - but not cooked - with warm water and a scrub to cleanse the skin and pores exfoliate.

5. Avoid processed foods, and stick to the natural fruits and vegetables. No food has never been scientifically proven to cause acne, but if you have a food allergy, often acne. Many people have food allergies and spend their entire lives without knowing it. Do not assume that food allergy is unconscious on the floor - the allergic reaction can occur in many forms, such as breakouts. You can find an allergist for a simple blood test if you have allergies to visit.

There are many other home treatments for acne, some work and some of which do not work. The important thing is to drink plenty of water, eat fruits and vegetables, get enough sleep, wash your face at least twice a day and take vitamins - especially vitamin A and vitamin E.
